About This Venue
A cinematic raw loft in the heart of Nolita — one of New York City's most sought-after production locations. Exposed whitewashed brick walls, original 19th-century timber beam ceilings, and wide-plank hardwood floors create an instantly iconic backdrop for film, TV, music videos, and editorial photography. The space spans a generous open floor plan flooded with natural light from oversized arched windows overlooking the Lower Manhattan skyline. By night, the atmosphere transforms into something entirely different — warm ambient lighting, blue accents, and a moody, cinematic quality that has attracted major productions. This loft has hosted a feature film production with a six-figure budget. It is fully furnished with art, plants, vintage pieces, a full kitchen with bar stools, a piano, and eclectic décor that can be dressed up or stripped back depending on your vision. A production team's dream: texture, depth, light, and soul — all in one address. Available for film, television, music videos, commercial shoots, editorial photography, and private events.
