Ambassador Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview

The Velvet Concrete Ambassador Program allows approved individuals to earn commissions by referring new clients to the platform. Ambassadors promote Velvet Concrete spaces and earn a percentage of completed booking fees generated through their unique referral link.

2. Commission Structure

• •Commissions are calculated on completed and paid bookings made by users who registered using your referral link.
• •A booking is considered "completed" once the rental period has ended and no disputes or refunds are pending.
• •Commissions are not earned on cancelled, refunded, or disputed bookings.
• •The commission rate may be updated by Velvet Concrete with 30 days' written notice to active ambassadors.

3. Referral Attribution

• •A referral is attributed to you when a new user registers on Velvet Concrete using your unique referral link.
• •Commission eligibility is tied to the referred user's bookings as long as the space listed on our platform remains active.
• •Self-referrals (referring yourself or creating fake accounts) are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate program termination.
• •Referrals are tracked via cookies and URL parameters. Velvet Concrete is not responsible for lost referrals due to the referred user clearing cookies or using a different device.

4. Space Listing Condition

• •Commissions are earned on bookings as long as the referred space remains listed and active on the Velvet Concrete platform.
• •If a space is removed, deactivated, or suspended, commissions from that space will cease from the date of removal.
• •Ambassadors have no guaranteed minimum earnings and no contractual claim to future commissions.

5. Payment of Commissions

• •Commission payouts are processed on a monthly basis, provided the balance exceeds a minimum threshold of MXN $500.
• •Ambassadors are responsible for providing accurate payment details. Velvet Concrete is not liable for payments sent to incorrect accounts.
• •Ambassadors are solely responsible for reporting commission income for tax purposes in their respective jurisdictions.

6. Ambassador Conduct

Ambassadors must represent Velvet Concrete in a professional and honest manner. The following are prohibited:

• ✕Making false or misleading claims about Velvet Concrete spaces or services
• ✕Spamming or unsolicited outreach using Velvet Concrete branding
• ✕Using paid advertising with the "Velvet Concrete" brand name without prior written approval
• ✕Placing referral links on websites containing illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content

7. Program Termination

• •Velvet Concrete reserves the right to suspend or terminate any ambassador's participation at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
• •Upon termination, all pending commissions for completed bookings will be paid out at the next payment cycle. Future commissions will not accrue.
• •Ambassadors may voluntarily leave the program at any time by contacting Velvet Concrete directly.

8. Modifications to the Program

Velvet Concrete reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Ambassador Program at any time. Material changes (including commission rate changes) will be communicated to active ambassadors via email with at least 30 days' notice. Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any disputes arising from participation in the Ambassador Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mexico City (Ciudad de México).
